The Eye Care and Surgery Center was established to offer in North and Central New Jersey the most comprehensive and advanced eye health care available today. At our multiple locations in Warren, Westfield, and Woodbridge, our fellowship-trained subspecialists and experienced technical staff offer superior quality care with an emphasis on your convenience and comfort.

Our physicians and staff offer a wide range of services from general eye care to specialized treatments for glaucoma, retinal laser and diabetes care, pediatric eye care, and reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. At our own Ambulatory Surgical Center, located in Springfield, our surgical team specializes in procedures that include no-stitch, no patch cataract surgery, corneal transplants, glaucoma, and plastic surgery. We have long been the area leader in refractive surgery including LASIK, Custom Wavefront LASIK and other types of LASIK Eye Surgery for the treatment of nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism. The Eye Care and Surgery Center helped establish one of the first Excimer Laser Eye Surgery Centers in New Jersey for the convenience of northern New Jersey LASIK patients. Today, LASIK patients from all over New Jersey are able to be treated in our in-office Laser Eye Surgery facility using the Allegretto Wave Excimer Laser System.

Our New Jersey Cataract Surgeons, Joel Confino, M.D. and Ivan Jacobs, M.D. provide advanced Cataract Surgery and Lens Implants at The Springfield Eye Surgery & Laser Center making it especially helpful for New Jersey Cataract  treatment. Treatment of Cataracts in NJ are an area of interest at Eye Care & Surgery Center making NJ Cataract Surgery world class in our practice.

To meet the needs of busy schedules we are proud to offer evening and weekend hours. Emergency care is available 24 hours a day.
